The NECA Future Leaders Conference was held on February 19 – 21, 2025 at the Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center in Nashville, TN. The program was moderated by Aaron Kelley, Director of Government Affairs, Penn-Del-Jersey Chapter, NECA and introduced by Lt. General Ronald Bailey. 15 members were able to participate with the program. The NECA Future Leaders Conference featured expert speakers and presentations and also featured a facility tour of NECA Premier Partner, Leviton – its 460,000-square foot location.
NECA Future Leaders is a targeted tier of professionals developing within their company and NECA Chapter affiliation on track for higher leadership positions within each respective space. NECA Future Leaders strives to be the premier catalyst in the electrical industry that empowers emerging leaders to drive innovation, excellence, and sustainable growth while transforming the future of the industry through their leadership and influence.
