The Electrical Contractors' Association of City of Chicago (ECA) Research and Education Committee was pleased to have presented a seminar called, "Project Scheduling." The seminar had 26 registered and was conducted by Dr. Awad Hanna, University of Wisconsin - Madison. The program was held on Thursday, May 12, 2022 from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. at Maggiano's Banquets in Oak Brook, IL.

Following this course, participants will be able to:

• Describe the principles and practices of project scheduling
• Discuss arrow and precedence diagrams, bar charts and computational techniques
• Analyze scheduling concepts as project management tools
• Describe how to apply project and work breakdown structures
