ECA April Membership Meeting - 4/20/22

The meeting was held at Truluck's Restaurant in Rosemont, IL.

ECA APRIL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

The Electrical Contractors' Association of City of Chicago (ECA) held its April Regular Membership Meeting on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at Truluck's Restaurant in Rosemont, IL. The luncheon program featured industry updates, and a guest presentation from Chicago Department of Aviation Deputy Commissioner, Design and Construction, Frank Grimaldi.

President Jamerson introduced the guest speaker, Frank Grimaldi Jr., Deputy Commissioner, Design and Construction.  Deputy Commissioner Grimaldi also introduced Matt McGleam, Projects Administrator.  Deputy Commissioner Grimaldi discussed transportation volume at the airports, as well as O’Hare updates, including the following:  O’Hare’s Capital Program, Infrastructure enhancements, O’Hare 21 Plan – Completion of OMP Phase 2 Airfield Projects, Terminal Area Plan (TAP), Near-Term Gate Improvement Projects, and Capital Improvement Projects (CIP); CDA utilization of both federal and local inclusion Initiatives to achieve inclusion, diversity, and equity in government contracting, among other areas.
