COVID Vaccinations Available for Contractors and Office Staff through a Joint Labor Effort!

ECA Members and Signatory Contractors,

As many of you have already heard Local #134 is working in conjunction with the Pipefitters Local #597 and the Chicago Laborers’ District Council to supply COVID 19 vaccinations.

As additional COVID vaccine doses are now available, #134 is opening the vaccinations to all contractors and their office staff.  This is a 2-dose vaccine, you will automatically be registered for your second dose when you sign up.

During the registration process you will be asked for your Local Union Number and your Union Card Number. Please enter “134” as your Local Number and your IBEW Card number when registering your office personnel.

• Once you are registered, you will receive a QR code which is your ticket to enter the clinic site. You can download the QR code to your smart phone or print it from the website or your email.
• The name on your ticket must match the name of the person coming in for the vaccination. PHOTO ID WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENTER THE VACCINATION SITE.

If appointments are full at your preferred site, please check back regularly as cancelled and missed appointments will be made available for re-booking.

NO ONE OTHER THAN THE PERSON BEING VACCINATED WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE VACCINATION SITE UNLESS ASSISTANCE IS NECESSARY. If you have children under your care, please find other arrangements before coming to the vaccination site.
