The cost for the event is $250.00 per person. This event is open to all ECA Member Firms and their Employees.
The fee covers lodging, conference programs and events, and food and beverage.
Keynote Speakers:
Sean Samson -
Sean Samson is a highly sought-after industry thought leader and sales & success mentor within the Electrical, Mechanical, Service, and Construction arena. Sean's real-world experience and industry-specific training is focused on the unique niche and growth of contracting organizations worldwide.

As a former senior-level executive for one of the world's largest Electrical and Mechanical franchising organizations, Sean has addressed audiences in 16 countries and has personally trained, scaled, and consulted over 300 organizations worldwide. Now the CEO & founder of Sean Samson Training, LTD. Sean’s “industry-specific” contractor training concentrates on growing and scaling the capacity, capability, and profitability of his clients.
Mike Carroll -
Mike is a 28-year veteran of the electrical industry, working from the Electrical Distributor side of the business. In leading various management roles and running small, medium, and large P&L's, Mike has managed teams of 15-150 employees across the U.S. Most of these roles were existing teams that were underperforming and needed help. During his career, Mike has worked very closely with NECA and EC’s across the country and has a solid base for understanding the challenges faced.
Mark O. Federle -
Mark Federle is currently the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs for the OPUS College of Engineering at Marquette University. He has also served as the McShane Chair of Construction Engineering and Management (Professor-in-Charge of the CEMA program), April 2008 – Aug 2016, where he started the first ABET-accredited (as of 2010) Construction Engineering Program. Previously he was Chief Information Officer for The Weitz Company in Des Moines for 9 years. Prior to joining The Weitz Company, Federle was the Professor-in-Charge of Construction Engineering program at Iowa State University, where he taught for nine years.
Dr. Federle has been active in making industry-based presentations on leadership, project management, productivity, lean, and ethics for the past three decades, he has spoken extensively at National, Regional, and State conventions on a variety of topics.
