The Electrical Contractors’ Association of City of Chicago (ECA) held its September Membership meeting on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at Gibson's Steakhouse in Oak Brook, IL.  The morning program featured industry updates and guest presentations from Dr. Vincent Windrow, Lead Executive of Cornucopia Consulting Group, unpacking key features of leadership styles that consider future implications of how people and businesses are led and finding new ways to provide growth and development to one's team.
