ECA Membership Meeting

The Electrical Contractors' Association of City of Chicago (ECA) February Membership Meeting was held the evening of Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at Truluck's Restaurant in Rosemont, IL.

 

Highlights of the Membership meeting included the following: a number of industry updates, ECA educational programming efforts, among other areas. Also, Jared Christman, ELECTRI Director of Construction Technology was the guest presenter. He discussed, "MegaTrends Transforming Electrical Contracting."  His presentation included points of discussion concerning the following: Electrification, Work-life balance / The Changing Workforce, The Rise of Industrialized Construction, The Evolution of Systems Integration and The Importance of Leveraging Data. We thank Jared for another informative session!

 

The next ECA Membership meeting is scheduled as a luncheon on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Gibson's Steakhouse in Oak Brook, IL. The session is to focus on lobbying efforts of the Association / legislative issues on a local, state and national level. We hope to see you, there!
