Amanda King - "Boundaries and Self-Preservation"
Stockton, California native Amanda King is a professional leadership coach and trainer. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of the Pacific.
As the owner of Wired Leadership, Amanda travels all over the United States, providing leadership training to frontline leaders. She works primarily with Foremen, General Foremen, and Superintendents, but you may find her at your local JATC, encouraging apprentices to reach their goals, or working with project managers to help them deliver a successful project. For the past 8 years, Amanda has been instrumental in developing great leaders within the electrical industry. She has a unique ability to connect with people, helping them unleash their true potential.
Josh Bone - "AI in Electrical Contracting"
For more than two decades Josh Bone has been implementing, training, and presenting construction technology solutions to AEC&O (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Owners) professionals.
Having worked with some of the top technology leaders in the industry, Josh specializes in identifying best practices and methodologies for integrating construction technology into everyday workflows. Today Josh works with ELECTRI International the non-profit foundation for the electrical construction industry as the Executive Director where he is helping to ensure electrical contractors and industry partners across North American and around the world have access to the best research, educational programming, student engagement, and international outreach.
James (“Jef”) Edward Fagan, III is NECA’s Senior Vice President, Labor Relations and Risk Management. Fagan was originally hired as NECA’s first General Counsel in 2019, and in addition to shaping the internal legal functions at NECA, he built out its Risk Management Team in 2020. As a 30-year labor, employment, and litigation attorney, Fagan has extensive experience in traditional labor matters and risk management, and his mature and measured leadership style sets NECA up for success as he leads his departments and guides national policies for the electrical contracting industry.
Dave has an extensive background in assurance and accounting, primarily focused on the construction industry, with emphasis in real estate, manufacturing and distribution. Among his clientele are general, mechanical, electrical, flooring, sheet metal, fire protection and numerous other contractors, as well as homebuilders and commercial and land developers.
A graduate of California State University at Chico, Dave worked for large firms in Reno, Nevada, and Toledo, Ohio, before joining Mosley Glick O’Brien, Inc., as Partner. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Certified Public Accountants in Ohio, Nevada and Michigan, and is affiliated with the Construction Industry CPAs/Consultants Association (CICPAC) and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
