ECA 50th Annual Spring Conference Wednesday, June 8, 2022 - Thursday, June 9, 2022 The American Club - Kohler, WI 419 Highland Drive Kohler, WI 53044
The Electrical Contractors’ Association of City of Chicago (ECA) 50th Annual Spring Conference will be held on June 8-9, 2022 at The American Club in Kohler, Wisconsin. The American Club is one of the premier resort hotels in the country. It is the only AAA Five Diamond Resort in the Midwest. We’re sure that this is reason enough to attend this Conference. Wednesday night’s reception/dinner meeting will provide you with the latest information regarding industry events. The Thursday morning Business Session will be a DEI Panel discussing, "Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging: Leadership & Changing Company Culture." The panel moderator is Alex Willis, CEO, Leadership Surge. The panelists are: Maureen O'Brien, CEO, Global Wisdom Leadership Forum; Pamyla Brown, Community & Citizenship Director, Turner Construction, Lt. General Ronald Bailey, Vice President, Industry Development, NECA and Dan Allen, CISCO Executive Director. This program will help guide executive leadership with strategies to create a corporate culture and environment welcoming to all. We are pleased to welcome leadership from NECA, and Chicago’s construction market, to share their experiences and how they have driven positive change for the industry. This conference is a great opportunity to catch up with what’s going on in this constantly changing industry.
