Please join us for a presentation by Kathy Horton from ERS EAP about some of the signs, symptoms and implications of some of the most common mental health conditions that the US Workforce faces, as well as some practical tools and tips for leaders.

Kathy Horton, Employee Resource Systems, Inc.
LCPC, CADC, CEAP
Kathleen Horton LCPC, CADC, CEAP joined Employee Resources Systems Inc. in 2004 and has served in a variety of roles such as Employee Assistance Counselor, Director of the Provider Relations and Account Manager throughout her 16 years at ERS. Since 2017, her primary focus has been on providing training and consultation services to her 25 client company accounts. Prior to joining ERS, Kathy worked in a private EAP setting for nine years providing both clinical and account management services for a variety of organizations after spending 5 1/5 years on an Inpatient Psychiatric Unit working with the Chronic Mentally Ill. Kathy has a Master's Degree in Addictions Counseling from National -Louis University; a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Marquette University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Leisure Studies with a concentration in Special Recreation from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
