OSHA Officially Files ETS on COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing / NECA Initial Analysis

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has officially filed its emergency temporary standard (ETS) on COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing. 

The 490-page package includes both the preamble and economic analysis of the regulation and is set to run officially in the Federal Register tomorrow, November 5th. The regulatory text itself begins on page 473.
