The Electrical Contractors’ Association of City of Chicago (ECA) Research and Education Committee is pleased to announce a seminar called, “NEXT LEVEL: Are You a Project Manager or a Project Witness?”
THE FEE FOR THIS PROGRAM IS $100.00 PER ECA MEMBER.
THE NON-MEMBER FEE IS $315.00 PER PERSON.
The seminar is being conducted by Norb Slowikowski, Slowikowski & Associates, Inc.
Building on the popular Are You a Project Manager or Project Witness course, this program focuses on the practical day-to-day of what it means to be a project manager. Through use of the situational leadership assessment, time management profile, case studies and other interactive instruments, you will really get to the heart of what it means to effectively manage the job.
Following this course, participants will be able to:
- Discuss the project manager’s role when times are tough, budgets are tight, and the field is feeling the pinch
- Identify how to balance competing demands while boosting creativity, enthusiasm and commitment
- Adjust management and leadership style to fit changing conditions on the job site
- Discuss techniques for dealing with uncertain and daunting challenges that occur on a daily basis
