Shaabini works with various sized construction firms to train, educate and inspire leaders. Having over 20 years’ experience, Shaabini has faced and conquered many difficult situations to a successful conclusion, specifically in jobsite crisis management, contract terms and conditions, and legal negotiations in multi-million dollar change order settlements. She is an operations expert and enjoys analyzing current business processes for areas of improvement and opportunity, such as: procurement, detailing, fabrication, field engagement, risk mitigation and team dynamics. She is skilled in building highly effective teams and improving their performance by documenting SOPs for precise and repeatable execution of work. She enjoys the challenge of taking on ugly projects and leading the project team to a successful and profitable end.
